For broccoli soup we need:

  • 450g broccoli (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tsp coconut milk
  • 1 pc grated clove of garlic
  • salt
  • chilli
  • ground spices
  • water as needed (if you want a thicker consistency of the soup, you don’t add water. But if you want to have it a bit thinner, you can add a little water)


  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pc grated clove of garlic
  • salt
  • ground spices

For decoration:

  • sunflower seeds
  • parmesan


Cook the broccoli for about 15-20 minutes. After cooking, mix it smoothly, add coconut milk, salt, pepper, chili (flavor to your liking) and mix well, creating a thicker cream (if you want to have a thinner soup we can add a little water). Then prepare a dip that is used as a decoration on the top of the soup: cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, blend it all together … And we have the dip ready ?

Serve by pouring broccoli cream into the saucer, adding a tomato dip to the center and garnish with seeds and parmesan cheese (to taste).
