Ingredients:

  • 2pcs of small carrot and zucchini (cut along using the potato peeler)
  •  1 small slice of meat
  •  50g white yoghurt
  •  pinch of salt, spice, pepper
  •  parsley to taste
  •  5pcs cherry tomatoes
  •  1 small onion and garlic clove

Leave to stew for about 25 minutes, add white yoghurt and lemon juice (everyone according to their taste)… and serve 🙂
