Ingredients:
- 2pcs of small carrot and zucchini (cut along using the potato peeler)
- 1 small slice of meat
- 50g white yoghurt
- pinch of salt, spice, pepper
- parsley to taste
- 5pcs cherry tomatoes
- 1 small onion and garlic clove
Leave to stew for about 25 minutes, add white yoghurt and lemon juice (everyone according to their taste)… and serve 🙂
